In this little corner of the internet you can explore my approach to yoga teaching, the one-on-one guidance I offer and the art that flows through me.
In everything I offer – painting, yoga, and one-on-one support – I follow my love for the mystery of being human. I’m not interested in perfection, but in what happens if we gently turn towards the parts of us that are often forgotten or neglected.
When we meet ourselves, our bodies and our fellow humans with kindness and with whatever is authentically alive in the moment, I’m hoping that we can create a sense of truly being at home - wherever we are.

Yoga
To nourish body, mind, and heart, I offer a space of gentle presence. You are invited to move at your own pace and listen deeply to what you need— cultivating self-acceptance and authentic connection with your body and with the greater body of the Earth.
1:1 Support
In one-on-one sessions, I offer a space where you are gently invited to slow down and listen — to your breath, your body and the quiet wisdom that lives within you. There is no agenda, no pressure — only the gentle unfolding of your own inner world. In this space, you can explore what it means to be in loving relationship with yourself and life.
Art
My artworks carry a vibrant, often mysterious energy – rooted in the feminine, the sensual, and the wild. Animals, plants, and dreamlike elements appear intuitively, as if they wish to speak to you in a language without words.
